About

Brooke’s recent work explores places, experiences, and abstract ideas through gestural movement, fine lines, and experimentation. Her inspiration often emerges as an intuitive—sometimes unexplainable—connection between a time and place. Contrast, whether in color or concept, serves as an achor in her work.

Though largely self-taught, Brooke’s foundation began years ago studying ceramics and photography as a fine arts major. That path quickly gave way to a corporate career, where creativity took a backseat for more than two decades.

In early 2026, a creative pull brought her back and the work started flowing. While viewing the world through a camera lens still feels like home, she is now fully immersed in acrylic painting as her primary medium.

Based in Dallas, Brooke continues her corporate career while also prioritizing her art practice. She and her husband are happily childfree and spend their time traveling, enjoying live music, and chasing new experiences.
